rental rules: 1- The purpose of this seasonal rental contract is to define the conditions of the rental of the accommodation by the landlord to the tenant for the duration and under the conditions determined. 2- Arrival times are scheduled between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m The tenant will keep the landlord informed of the arrival time so that the landlord is available to welcome him. Departure times are scheduled between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. 3- It is agreed that in the event of withdrawal From the tenant: o 30 days before the lease takes effect, the tenant will lose the deposit paid. o Less than one month before the lease takes effect, the tenant will be required to pay the contract in full. From the lessor: o Within 7 days of the withdrawal, he is required to reimburse the deposit.4- Obligations of the tenant: 4- Obligations of the tenant: o Obligations to occupy the premises personally, to live in them "with due diligence" o All installations are in working order o Repairs made necessary by negligence or poor maintenance during the rental will be borne by the lessee o Obligation to ensure that the peace of the neighbourhood is not disturbed by the lessee's actions 5- Handing over the keys The landlord and the tenant define the following terms and conditions for handing over the keys: o On arrival: handing over the keys and beeping the gate to the tenant: by the person in charge of the reception or key box o On departure: handing over the keys and beeping the gate to the Lessor: by the person ensuring the departure or key box 6- Premises The premises are rented furnished with kitchen equipment, crockery, glassware, duvets and pillows, television (Netflix subscription included) 7- The tenant undertakes to insure himself against rental risks. 8- The security deposit* of €500 must be paid by transfer or cash and will be returned to the tenant no later than 1 month after the keys are handed over on departure. If damage is noted, the owner is entitled to withhold the sums incurred for the restoration work upon receipt. 9- The accommodation is non-smoking, it is forbidden to smoke inside it, ashtrays are at your disposal outside. A fine of 500€ will be applied if the smell of smoke is observed on the day of the tenants' departure. 10- Pets are allowed under the responsibility of their master, they are forbidden in the rooms and must not be left alone in the accommodation. Their droppings are strictly forbidden inside the garden. Their owners will be responsible for their droppings and are required to clean them up. Damage to furniture by a pet must be compensated for the value of the new one (presentation of purchase invoices on request), cash payment by immediate transfer will be required. 11- Security: The safety standards in force are respected, any accident will be the responsibility of the tenants. 12- Maintenance: Before your departure, make sure to put the furniture back in order, empty the bins according to sorting. We Report any damage in order to jointly define replacement arrangements. Don't forget to return the keys to us. 13- Cleaning: The cleaning fee of 80€ is to be paid at the time of booking. 14- Assignment and subletting This seasonal rental contract is concluded for the sole benefit of the Tenant who has signed this agreement. The assignment of the lease, total or partial subletting, is strictly prohibited. 15- Termination In the event of a breach by the Lessee of one of its contractual obligations, this lease will be terminated by operation of law. 16- Home For the execution of these terms and conditions, the Lessor and the Lessee elect domicile in their domiciles respective parties. However, in the event of a dispute, the court of the Lessor's domicile will have sole jurisdiction. This contract is subject to French law.
